Battery problem? Follow these tips

The battery is probably the most common problem when it comes to laptops and netbooks. They have the tendency of dying quickly and needs to be replaced when it is dead. Here are some tips on how to avoid having battery problem.
First off, steer clear from the heat. It reduces the overall life of the battery. Do not close the vents as it will cause the battery (and the computer) to heat up. This in return may damage the hardware of the computer.
In addition to that, when the user is going to use AC mode, take out the battery. This is because by putting the battery in, the battery will consistently experience a charging and discharging occurrence. This shortens the life of the battery.
Another good thing to do is to never let the battery go empty unless there is a need to recalibrate it. Doing so will definitely shorten the lifespan of the battery as it goes on constant stress.
