These benefits were proven through research projects involving more than 50 researchers from seven countries. Researchers studied the physiological aspects, psychological, and sociological in the game of Football, quoted from the Health Bulletin.
The research was led by Professor Peter Krustrup and Jens Bangsbo from the Department of Exercise and Sports Sciences, University of Copenhagen spent about three years. This research involved men, women, and children aged 9 to 77 years. Respondents were then examined on the basis of division, ie, group of playing soccer, running and group to take control of something.
As a result, Football provides health and fitness effects which are better than just doing sport run. Peter Krustrup concluded, “Football is a very popular team sport. Krustrup also added, by playing with the round leather for 2-3 hours every week will make the body as fit as fiddle. “Playing Football is very effective in improving performance in a normal organ, including cardiovascular disease risk reduction, falls and fractures.”
